Without this surgery, he has been given 6 months to live.
He’s the kindest & most selfless man!
He needs a new heart and a new liver, neither organ is strong enough to survive a Single Organ Transplant. He lives here in Washington and has been told that the only place on the west coast that is capable of performing the surgery is UCLA Medical Center in California and he needs to live no more than 3 hours from the hospital.
Him and his wife are moving to California with no savings, no job lined up for his wife yet and a travel trailer to live in. They will need to pay the percentage of the cost of the surgery that insurance won’t cover, gas to get to and from appointments, food and other living costs.
