Hi, my name is Patrick and I am fundraising for my baby brother Jacob Monaghan's funeral costs.

We unexpectly lost Jacob on Easter Sunday morning. He was 24 years old and loved by many friends and his large family. This process has been extremely difficult for everyone who knew Jacob as he was such a bright human. Our family is devastated by the loss of our Jakey.

Donations will be used to cover:

-Memorial Tribute (Plaque)

-Retrieval of Jacob's personal effects

-Funeral Home fees

-Cremation cost

-Urn

-Flowers

This sudden loss has left all of of our family with heartache and at a loss. We have all found genuine comfort in the outpouring of love that each of you have shown us. Trying to prepare a funeral for someone as pure and beautiful as Jacob has been very challenging. We will be eternally grateful for any donation to the costs. Our family can't express enough how thankful we are for your generosity during this tragic time.
