Jacob Michael funeral costs

Hi my name is Shannon. I have known Lori since we were in 6th grade. We have been there for each other thru marriages, babies and deaths.

I'm asking for donations to help cover costs for her beloved son Jacob who recently passed away unexpectedly. When Jacob was born he had a twin brother, Matthew. There were some complications in the delivery and Matthew passed away shortly after being born. Due to the complications Jacob was born with cerebal palsy. Even though he was non-verbal and bound to a wheel chair, he was always the happiest boy. He has touched the lives of so many people, even those who had never had the pleasure of meeting him. Due to Jacob's disability, the family had difficulties in acquiring life insurance for him. So this is where your donations would help to insure the costs of Jacob's burial would be covered and less stress for the family already going thru such a heartbreaking time.
