Jacob Martinez Funeral/Asperger

My brother Jake who had asthma and aspergers has passed unexpectingly on feb 18 2017 due to a asthma attack. If you would like to donate money to help support our family during this difficult time it would mean the world to us. Funerals are expensive and all money donated will go towards covering funeral costs and money left over will be donated to US Autism & Asperger Association.
