Jacob Lemay - Funeral Expenses

Jacob Daniel Lemay, a beloved son, brother, and friend that was taken away from us way too soon. We are at a loss for words. Our hearts are completely broken and impossible to fix, but the lives that Jacob touched are forever changed.
