Jacob “Kobi” Bernhardt was born June 23,2001. He came into this world with the love of God. Born with Down Syndrome, Kobi defied all odds by beating cardiac, lung, and hearing issues. Unfortunately his recent bout with pneumonia resulted in him going into cardiac arrest which led to severe brain damage. He touched so many lives and was loved unconditionally by anyone who knew him. His parents Tom and Rachel Bernhardt as well as his sisters Morgan and Drusillah Bernhardt are in need of help covering funeral costs and giving him the memorial he deserves. All funds contributed will go directly to his funeral and celebration of life.
