Jacob (Jake) Horrocks

On the 4th of October we tragically and suddenly lost our dear baby brother Jacob (Jake) Horrocks. With his passing he left behind Heidi his childhood sweetheart, best friend and wife of 25 years and two amazing children Kindra and David. Sadly though after his death it was unknowingly discovered that their life insurance policy might only cover accidental death and dismemberment, which has left our dear sister-in-law Heidi without financial assistance during this very difficult time. Any amount of help that you can provide would be of great appreciation and comfort to us all.
