It is with deep sorrow to inform you of the loss of my brother Jacob Hernandez.  He is survived by his three children, mother, sister and brother and will be greatly missed. 

Jake was a man who enjoyed talking with his kids on a daily basis, watching classic western movies, rooting for Cal Berkeley football and working on cars.   His love for music included Radiohead, Pink Floyd and Oldies.   In his early life, one of his great passions was playing football for the Wasco Tigers.   But he was at his happiest when he was barbecuing with his three kids.  

This sudden and unexpected loss has caused a financial hardship on the family.  Any monetary donations will be greatly appreciated to offset funeral expenses and the impact of his untimely death.
