Jacob Guinn

This page is created by Jacob's Camp Construction family.  He's not the type to ask for help, but we know he would greatly appreciate it and this is the very least we can do in return for the many ways he has helped all of us.  Jacob is family, one helluva guy, coworker, and beer connoisseur!

Jacob was recently diagnosed with cancer and will start an aggressive treatment program to help him fight it and beat it.  He is the Lead Estimator for Camp Construction in Austin and trust me when I tell you...he is the ultimate team player who always goes above and beyond to meet our needs...and we are needy bunch!  He is well known in our market and amongst our partners and clients as someone who is thorough and truly cares about the quality of the estimates he generates.  He has been undergoing extensive testing for the last couple of weeks and, in true Jacob form, he's still working on  outstanding bids and doing the good work for his team.

Now it's time for us to help Jacob!

Jacob will start his treatment Monday and he will be in the hospital for 3-4 weeks undergoing an aggressive treatment plan.  And afterwards, he will most likely undergo a bone marrow transfusion and further treatment to aid in his fight.  As you all know, this fight can be very expensive and create an unfortunate hardship for not only Jacob, but his family, and his partner Holly who will be tasked with keeping their household functioning during this time.
This page is being created by his second family at Camp Construction.  We love Jacob and want to do everything we can to stand by him, support him, and help him beat cancer.
