Jacob Gilbert 42 years young, left this world Saturday September 28th. He left behind his young wife Sarah and two daughters, Kimberly 9 and Rebecca 8. Jacob was one of the kindest, hardest working, most loving, patient, funniest man ever. More than that he was the epitome of what a dedicated husband and father should be. Jake was known for spending his time off with his little family, searching for rocks, making pancake art, walking their family dogs and loving all over each other. Jakes young family is in need of our help more than ever right now. Sarah and the girls need financial assistance to ensure Jake can be brought home, a celebration of life can be planned and that Sarah has enough funds to get her back on her feet in the next few months, as Jake was the main provider.
