I am reaching out to my community and friends to help support the sudden and tragic loss of Jacob on Saturday, September 9th. Jacob was only 21. He loved music! He wanted to pursue a career as a rapper. He was full of life and no one was ready for him to leave this earth. We are completely heartbroken, devastated...no words can express the pain his mom and family are experiencing.
