With the heaviest of hearts I am writing this to inform you of the passing of Our beautiful Jacob. Jacob had the biggest heart I’ve ever known, not only would his gorgeous smile light up any room he walked into, it also lit up our lives. His quick wit and goofy sense of humor brought joy to anyone who was lucky enough to cross his path. 
Jacob had his struggles yet fought hard to overcome the many obstacles that life continued to throw his way, and through all of his pain and hardships always went that extra mile to warm our hearts. Jacob touched so many lives and hearts with his genuine concern and compassion. 
Jacob was excited about his new journey and getting closer to God as he was going to church and was writing a song to perform there soon. Jacob made a habit of smiling through pain and unfortunately our Jacob made an impulsive decision in the midst of crisis and pain to take his own life. Jacob deserves so much better than life gave him and deserves a proper celebration of life and final arrangements, our family does not have the financial means to do this and needs help, anything you can help with would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of your help and support.
