Jacob, (Brain Surgery)

This hit in Our Community it hits our hearts dearly for this Family, No one wishes to ever get a call like this from there child, We should all come together and help them to get them to there Son So they don’t have the extra heavy burden to worry about money at this time No one likes to ask for money, So please let’s help this Loving God Fearing Family . Friends and family,

I don’t even know how to begin this post, so I’m just going to wing it. Jacob, my first-born, the one who made me a mama and loved me in spite of all the mistakes I’ve made, is going to be having brain surgery. Just typing it out is so surreal. If you see me and I’m kind of acting normal, it’s because I’m in shock. I’m in denial. And I’m praying for a miracle. As you all know, Jacob is in the Air Force and is stationed in Okinawa, Japan. He was loving his job, loving life, and had big plans ahead. He started feeling bad a few days ago and went to the ER where they told him it was just anxiety. Fast forward to two days ago. He got home from work and started having stroke symptoms; couldn’t speak or read. It scared him enough that he returned to the hospital and they admitted him for what they thought was a brain bleed. After having a MRI yesterday, they’ve determined that he has a small AVM, which he was born with, that made the blood vessels in his brain not form correctly. So basically he is a ticking time bomb. If he doesn’t have the surgery he could potentially fall dead at any time. Of course the surgery has its risks as well but the benefits outweigh the risks. He will find out within the next couple of days where and when the surgery will be, but most likely it will be in Hawaii sometime next week. Because of this there is a good chance he will be medically discharged from the military. But we are all praying for a miracle. Please pray for peace

For Jacob. He is 6400 miles away and having to go through this alone. Pray for us as we get our things in order to be with him during his surgery. And pray for what will be a new normal for him. Jacob is truly the best thing that has ever happened to me and he needs all the prayers right now. ❤️
