Jacob was a son, a brother, a dad, a fiancé, a friend, a football player and so much more. We found out the unspeakable news that Jacob had passed away Yesterday March 7 2020. He was 26 years young. Leaving behind his Mom, Dad, Twin Brother and his fiancé Feleahcia Portis, His adopted son Zion and his new born daughter Apollonia.
