Dear family and friends, on September 30th 2022 Jacob Aleman was tragically taken from us too soon. We are here today to ask you for a helping hand with funeral expenses. Many people who knew Jacob, knew how big his heart was, and his infectious smile. We all knew how much he loved being a father. He had hopes and dreams as we all do. sadly Jacob did not survive to see his 23rd birthday. So once again, I ask for a helping hand. anything will help dearly. The untimely loss has affected his family, as they were not prepared to lose him.
