Jacob Acevedo is a 4 year old boy, newly diagnosed with Leukemia. What started as a doctors visit for a wheezing cough turned to a suspicion, then diagnosis and within 2 weeks, chemotherapy to treat leukemia. Jacobs parents are devastated, however faithful that he will be healed. Although Jacob doesn’t quite understand why he can’t see his friends or go back to preschool, or why his little body aches from his new “medicine”, with support from our community, and countless blessings, he will be renewed.
