It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Jaclyn Rose Cabalona Milan, who left us on September 16, 2025. She was a loving daughter/sister/aunt/cousin and friend, known for her kindness, warmth, and the way she always put others before herself. Her loss has left a deep void in our family and in the lives of all who knew her.

As we navigate this difficult time, we want to give her the memorial she deserves—one that honors her life and the love she gave so freely. Unfortunately, the costs of funeral services are more than our family can manage on our own.
