Jacky's Road to Healing and Hope

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my sister, Jacky.

On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:15 p.m. near Old Sacramento’s tunnel, Jacky became a victim of gun violence and was shot twice, once in her right wrist and once in her lower back and suffered a punctured diaphragm. She has undergone multiple surgeries and spent an extended period in the ICU and recovery department.

Jacky will require rehabilitation to regain her ability to perform daily tasks and rebuild her strength.

This has been an incredibly difficult time, and while Jacky is fighting with unwavering strength, the financial burden of her medical expenses has become overwhelming.

If you know Jacky, you know she is an amazing young woman, full of life, hardworking, and someone who embraces every moment with joy and determination.

Me comunico en nombre de mi hermana, Jacky.

El sábado 12 de abril de 2025, a las 10:15 p.m., cerca del túnel de Old Sacramento, Jacky se convirtió en víctima de la violencia armada y recibió dos disparos, uno en su muñeca derecha y otro en la parte baja de la espalda, lo que le causó una perforación en el diafragma. Ha pasado por múltiples cirugías y ha estado un largo tiempo en la UCI y en el departamento de recuperación.

Jacky necesitará rehabilitación para recuperar la capacidad de realizar tareas diarias y reconstruir su fuerza.

Este ha sido un momento increíblemente difícil, y aunque Jacky sigue luchando con una fortaleza inquebrantable, la carga financiera de sus gastos médicos se ha vuelto abrumadora.

Si conoces a Jacky, sabes que es una joven increíble, llena de vida, trabajadora y que aprovecha cada momento con alegría y determinación.

Hacemos una humilde solicitud de apoyo para ayudar a cubrir sus gastos médicos y que así pueda enfocarse en su recuperación sin el estrés adicional de la dificultad financiera.
