Life after diabetes! Jack Threet story

Jack was given the greatest gift of life on March 8, 2015. He received a pancrease/kidney transplant which helped him become diabetic free. We are so grateful for this gift of life and express a great gratitude towards his donor, the doctors at IMC in Murray, Utah, the continuous support of our friends and family. This fund has been set up for Jack and Jamie in their time of need towards Jack's second chance at life, and the medical bills that have accrued during this amazing gift.
