Help Support Jackson’s Fight Against Cancer – Again
We’re reaching out with heavy hearts and a deep sense of hope to ask for your support for our beautiful, brave son, Jackson.
When Jackson was just two years old, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive cancer called clear cell sarcoma on his right kidney. He underwent major surgery, losing his kidney in the process, followed by months of intense treatment. To give him the best chance at survival, we relocated from our home in Canberra to Sydney, where he received life-saving care for 10 months. It was an incredibly difficult time—emotionally, physically, and financially—and it completely wiped out our savings. But Jackson made it. He beat the odds, rang the bell, and we were able to return home, ready to rebuild and celebrate his fourth birthday.
Then, just one year later, we received news no parent should ever have to hear twice: Jackson has cancer again.
This time, it’s T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, an aggressive form of blood cancer. Once again, we’ve had to leave behind our lives, our jobs, and our support network in Canberra to be in Sydney for the treatment he urgently needs.
We are doing everything we can to stay strong for Jackson and to give him the care and stability he needs during this second fight of his young life. But the emotional and financial toll is immense. We’re facing months—possibly years—of treatment, medical costs, accommodation, transport, and all the everyday expenses that come with being far from home.
We’re asking for help—not just for us, but for Jackson. He’s a fighter. He’s funny, full of light, and he has already been through more than most of us can imagine. He deserves the best possible chance at growing up healthy and happy.
Any support—big or small—makes a difference. Whether it’s a donation, sharing this with others, or simply sending a kind message, it means the world to us.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for helping us walk this road with Jackson once more. We are so grateful for your love, strength, and support.
With love and hope.
