Jackson's Cochlear Baha Hearing Aid

Jackson was born with Microtia and Atresia on his right side which means that his right ear is underdeveloped and closed. He has severe hearing loss on the right because of this. He has trouble hearing in crowded areas and, even in quiet areas, he can only hear what is closest to his left ear. He also can't tell which direction a sound comes from which can make it very confusing for him when people call him if he can't see them. Despite this, Jackson is a very upbeat and happy little boy. He is very kind, helpful, loving, and funny.
In September, he got fitted for his first Cochlear Baha Hearing Aid. The audiologist gave us a trial to use until we can get him one of his own. He was so excited because he could finally hear out of his right ear. Almost immediately, his speech improved tremendously. He was less nervous at crowded places like the park because he knew he would be able to hear me better. He also started improving in school.
Ever since September, we have been battling with our insurance to cover his Baha. We finally got it approved but, after insurance and financial aid services from the manufacturer, it is still too expensive for us. Please help us get Jackson his Cochlear Baha Hearing Aid.
