Howdy Folks,

On the 25th of Feb, three friends (Ríona, Colm and James) and I will be swimming 19.7km in open water from Cottesloe beach to Rottnest Island as part of the 2023 Rottnest Channel Swim.

Each of the team members will swim 5km (roughly) and will be followed by our superstar support kayakers Lydia, Sophie and Donal.

Ríona and I are hoping to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy Ireland to support all of the brilliant work they do.
