As most of you know, Jack has been on one crazy ride in his 16 months! Has has been on PD dialysis basically from birth from end stage renal failure due to a bladder obstruction that developed. Aside from dialysis, there have been countless surgeries, blood draws, appointments and one obstacle after another. But, he handled everything that was thrown at him in the most inspiring way. He really is the strongest, happiest and biggest clown around!

Jack is now in the final stages of his dialysis journey as he was approved for transplant! The transplant process THANK GOD was a quick one, as DADDY IS A MATCH!!

Jack will be getting Drew's kidney on April 15 (assuming nothing crazy happens between now and then)! He is finally getting a new lease on life, and he will FINALLY experience life OFF of a machine, and we couldn't be more excited!
