My name is Jack Lewis, I am 12 years old. I was born with a rare condition called an Exomphalos Major, my full bowel, liver and stomach on the outside of my body.

I have alot of surgery over the years at the RVI. For the past 5 years I have been trying really hard to fundraiser money to make up my friendship bags of hope to give out to sick children at the hospital.

My brother and I previously have raised money to do this but the hospital have told us they have used the last bag.......we really want to raise money to make more as I saw how happy they made the children I met. We want to raise enough so the hospital can have a steady supply.
