Out sweet, beautiful pup-son was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma, a fast growing bone cancer, a week ago.
If you have ever had the pleasure of meeting Jack, you know how he touches souls immediately. He isn't just a dog, he is funny, smart, sweet and he just knows what you need. There are times where he was the reason we kept on.
At this time, there isn't much we can do except keep him comfortable. Keeping him comfortable means lots and lots of medicine and therapies, which for a dog his size, takes lots of funds.
Since we don't know how many months he has left, his medicine is adding up quickly. (we are hoping he has more than months but we have come to terms with his prognosis).
We plan on keeping him as comfortable as possible and letting him enjoy all his favorite things while loving in him as much as we can.
Because this was such unexpected (and devastating) news, we would appreciate and be so grateful for any help we receive.
If God calls Jack to heaven, sooner than we expect, any funds left over will be donated to a Great Dane rescue in North Carolina.
