Jack's 10K for Dementia

Jack enjoys running and asked if he can run to raise some money for charity to help his Grandma and Grandad, who both have Dementia. He wanted to challenge himself, so he set himself a target of completing a 10K local run at 8 years old! Due to age limits on most organised 10K Runs he's had to get creative and design his own route.

Please help Jack raise money for this great cause by donating and sharing

He'll be setting off from the Brig in Altofts at 12:00 on Sunday the 16th of October, following the route below and finishing around 1 hour later at the Stanley Ferry. Anyone who wants to see him off, encourage him on the route, join him on the run or meet him for a Fruit Shoot at the Ferryboat are more than welcome to come along.
