Jackos Last Wish!

Donation protected
I write this with a heavy heart but I'm desperate to help a loved one in need.
My brother in law Jacko ( Graham) has recently been diagnosed with metastatic adenocarcinoma with an unknown primary ( which is cancer in the bones) Further testing found that the primary is Esophageal cancer which has spread to his lymph nodes and liver. The bone cancer is in so many spots in his spine, tail bone, hip bones, ribs and sternum.
This is not the first time he has had to fight cancer, in August 2011 Jacko had fought Non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma and had been given the all clear after many treatments of chemo. Unfortunately this time, there is nothing they can do.
After more attempts of chemo and radiation we've been told the cancer is spreading quickly and aggressively and he was given weeks to months.
I'm wanting to raise money for his funeral. As raw as it sounds I know Jacko is very worried about his darling wife and having him worry about money during this difficult time is the last thing I want him to be worrying about. If I can at least take this burden off his shoulders this means he can focus on putting all his energy into fighting this disease so he can be here longer with his wife and children and hopefully enjoy his last Christmas but make it to their anniversary in February.
2020 has been a shit year for many, I understand we are all struggling in some way however if we at least have our health, what more could we need.
Jacko has always been the main income provider for his family.  Eariler Earlier thishis year Carol lost her job, but little did she know this was a blessing in disguise. This means she was able to care for our terminally ill mother who has just recently passed away from cancer on the 15th of July 2020. During this time Jacko had been experiencing a little bit of back pain however had put it to the back of his mind, a selfless act as he knew he had to support his wife during her difficult time of being with her mother as she entered her end of life care. It was only about 3 weeks after our mum's passing that Jacko ended up in hospital and was unable to return to work, leaving Carol to now care for him with no main income for the family.
It breaks my heart to see my sister losing the love of her life, also his beautiful children and grandchildren lose their father and poppy. No one should lose their mother and husband within a few months of each other. We can't fix Jacko but we can make his last few months financially stress free. This will give him more energy to fight this disease and be there for his wife and children and grandchildren a little bit longer. You don't have to give much, every $1 helps. Just share this page and send positive thoughts to Carol and Jacko during this time.
On behalf of his children, Daniel & Lisa, James, Tarnia, Deanah and Josette as well as his darling wife Carol, I thank you.
