On the 4th of March we lost Jackleen suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 39. She was a loving mum to two wonderful boys, partner to Brian, a sister, niece, auntie, teacher and friend to many.

We would like to help her family pay for the costs of an unexpected funeral and give her the send off that she deserves.
