On March 9, 2025, our beloved Jackie passed away at only 38 years old after a courageous fight with cancer. Her passing has left an unimaginable void in the lives of everyone who loved her, especially in the lives of her husband Randy and 3 beautiful kids, Christopher (17), Riley (11), and Ryan (10). Jackie was a friend who did not know a stranger. She truly was a radiant light in this world, loved by all who knew her. She was an incredible person, a devoted mother, and a Christian who left us all way too soon. Her love was fierce, unwavering, and limitless. She had dedicated her life to healing others, both through her hands as a nurse and through her heart as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend.
In 2017, at only 31 years old, Jackie was diagnosed with aggressive cancer. She underwent all the conventional treatments (chemo, radiation, and surgery), but unfortunately, the cancer came back in 2021, even more aggressive, with the terrible news that it had spread into her bones and her skin. She wasn’t left with many options to fight this cancer, but Jackie was not ready to give up the fight for her life in order to be there for her children. She said, “Incurable doesn't mean it's the end for me, but it does mean I have a very long road ahead to fight to be able to see my kids grow up.”
These last few years of her life had been a constant battle with so many hospital visits and constant surgeries, biopsies, appointments, radiation, and chemo treatments. All while fully dedicating herself to being a full-time mama, always ensuring that her kids felt safe, loved, and supported.
I’m starting this fundraiser not only to help cover funeral expenses, but also to ensure that her kids are provided for as well. Most importantly, I ask for your prayers for her children, her husband, and all who loved her. Jackie’s greatest joy in life was being a mother, and we want to honor her by ensuring her children feel surrounded by love and stability. I’m hoping that through this fundraiser, it will help lighten the financial burden that this kind of loss causes to help Randy and the kids focus on the healing and grieving process and think on the positive memories of the wonderful and beautiful Jackie. Any contribution, no matter the size, will truly make all the difference and is deeply appreciated.
Thank you for your kindness, support, for any donation you’re able to make, and for taking the time to read Jackie’s story.
Much love and God Bless.
