Dear Family and Friends,

I am writing to you today to let you know about the loss of Jackie Maddox. As you all know, We are absolutely devastated by his passing, and will truly miss him. We have started a fundraiser to help cover the cost of his funeral expenses, being as though our family was not prepared for his sudden transition. Please consider donating if you can, as any amount will truly help. We need to raise 4,500 by Friday, October 8,2021 in order to cover the cost of Jackie’s funeral service.
