Hello!
So. Where to begin!!
My mum, the strongest, bravest, most stubborn and most beautiful person has been battling a lot of illnesses since the week before Xmas.
She missed out on Christmas day with her grandchildren and hasn't been able to see them all properly for nearly 4 months.
Sadly, mum was miss diagnosed and has Myeloma (blood cancer). We don't know how long she had it for but it's basically ruined her kidneys and heart. Not only that, but she caught covid in hospital leading the docs and nurses to basically give up hope.
She now has heart and kidney failure and is past the point of being able to fully recover.
We now have her home!! She got through covid but is still very poorly.
She has just one wish. And that is to take all her grand babies and big babies away for a stay at butlins so she can be outside (been couped up in hospital since December) so she can watch the kids have the time of their lives. My amazing step dad Nick, has been by her side throughout and neither have been able to work.
I would never have dreamt that I would need to do this. But. I really would love for the kids to have this memory and for mum to be care free for just a little while.
So any tiny donation would be so appreciated and will go toward her wish.
