Hi Friends & Family!
On December 30th, my mother aka Jackie Brown, suffered a stroke. Thankfully, she survived but not without it affecting her right leg and arm. Since the stroke, she's been in 3 different hospitals and a nursing home.
Thanks to everyone's prayers, the hard work of her therapists and her pure stubbornness and determination, she's made some improvements. However, she still is not as mobile as she was before. She's anxious to go home however, her home is not suitable for her new lifestyle. She's been mostly independent and wishes to stay that way in areas that she can. I am asking for help with making her bathroom walker/wheelchair accessible. The status of her bathroom is what is hindering from me to push for her to come home. I know that currently, it is unsafe for her even with assistance.
I am asking for your help in renovating her bathroom so I can bring Jackie Brown home. Thanks you all for the prayers, help and love. It's been a long experience and I'm thankful that we didn't have to go through it alone.
