Jackie Mae Marvin Memorial Scholarship

As many of you know The Marvin Family has lost Jackie, Unexpectedly and way to soon. Jackie was not only a daughter and sister but a beloved and cherished friend to so many. To know Jackie was to love her as many of you have shared, her kind spirit and smile would light up a room.

In honor of Jackie Mae, in lieu of flowers, meals, and cards, the Marvin family is going to establish a Jackie Mae Marvin Memorial Scholarship, to be awarded to a senior exhibitor that participates at the Florida Strawberry Festival Youth Livestock Shows and loves agricultural and livestock as much as Jackie did.

 Their goal is to give $5,000 to one recipient a year for many years to come, it's what Jackie would want.

Thank you to all the people who have reached out to offer help. While we can't heal the emotional wounds, we can certainly help support them in other ways. We have set up a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds that will go directly to The Marvin's to start this scholarship fund. In true Marvin fashion, while processing this emotional heartbreaking loss they are wanting to give back to our Community.
