Help Jackie get the peace of mind she deserves

Hi, my name is Ryan Shea and I am looking to raise money for my good friend Jackie Jamieson. Jackie helped me so much 12 years ago when I was starting out as a new clinic owner in Alliston and now requires help of her own.

Jackie has been providing Registered Massage therapy to the Alliston community for 17 years. Anyone that he seen her is well aware what type of individual she is. Jackie goes above and beyond her role as a massage therapist and strives to support each of her clients in any way that she can. Her care and compassion for everyone that comes through her door has been key to both her success and longevity in the field of massage therapy. If any one of her friends or family, or anyone that she hears of in the community needs any type of help, Jackie is always willing to give anything that she has. Unfortunately, her ability to help has been dramatically reduced as she has suffered a life altering event.

On May 21st Jackie suffered what was diagnosed as a transient ischemic attack. She was seen by medical professionals and was to be referred to a specialist for further testing. Unfortunately, while waiting for that appointment, Jackie suffered a stroke on May 23rd. This stroke partially paralyzed her left arm and leg as well as effecting her balance and physical energy greatly.

Currently, while Jackie is working hard to recover from this event, she continues to suffer from severe fatigue and impairments in her leg. Jackie refuses to give up her career as a Massage Therapist as she can't see herself abandoning this role and not being able to help others. Unfortunately, she is now burdened by many expenses while she should be focusing on her recovery. She is paying a commercial lease where she works, has many expenses related to maintaining her license and insurance, not to mention the many medical expenses that have come up (such as the driving test that she requires in order to get her license back).

Please consider giving to the woman that has given so much to our community. If we can all find a way to help her, I have no doubt that once she has recovered, she will soon be back to providing exceptional care to everyone she crosses paths with!
