My name is Jim Graziano, and I am raising money to pay for a bronze plaque to be placed in the dedication of the basketball courts in Washington Park in West New York, New Jersey to the memory of Jack. The money raised will be put towards not only the plaque but all expenses that will be incurred on October 15, 2022, the date of the ceremony at the park. Any remaining funds will be donated to Partners in Prevention of Hudson County. For those of you that knew Jack, you would understand how important it is to give him the recognition he unjustly never received.
