Help me get to the USA

My beautiful mother has been battling the demon that is breast cancer for the last 8 years, and recently metastasized to her bones and major organs. She has asked me to spare you all the exact details of her condition but she has been on chemotherapy and other medication this whole time, participating in every drug trial that comes her way. As we all know, chemotherapy may prolong the survival of patients with advanced and metastatic cancer. This is, however, a double-edged sword with many adverse effects.

We recently discovered that the many years of chemotherapy has caused hepatotoxicity, severe liver damage. The liver metabolizes the chemotherapy drugs, which after a long period of time can severely damage the liver cells causing damage similar to cirrhosis. There is no treatment for liver damage once it occurs and there is no cure. She has been advised to discontinue any medications that are processed through the liver, ie chemotherapy.

Without chemo and with all of the upcoming appointments and possible surgery she will need assistance at home. I have decided it is time to go over and care for her. I am planning on going for 3 months, which is the longest the USA allows.

I am asking for $5000 which should cover the following:
- return flights to Nashville, TN for early 2018
- any flight changes needed if mum's situation changes
- travel insurance
- any hotel costs for myself if mum requires long term hospital stay
- petrol costs
- general living costs while I am staying there
