Hello, my name is Kayle, I am from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, I am Jackei's daughter. While I am writing this I'm having trouble finding the words that need to be said at this moment but I do know my mother was honest and loving to the people around her and as a mother and raised me the best she could while she could. So I will be telling you all I know and what has happened to her these past few months.

As some of you may know my mother was found having a stroke on March 8th in California and was sent to the hospital after hours of arrest and had to have surgery done to remove part of the skull to help with brain swelling. After the first incident she was kept in a nursing facility where my mothers sister, Amy, found bed sores on my mother and was diagnosed with low blood. They took her back to the hospital and performed a blood transfusion. She also caught an infection on the incision they did to perform brain surgery which they gave medication for treatment.

My mother was recovering as much as she could, slowly by the months went by she started to respond to commands and give hearts through face-time since it was the only time I could interact with my mother due to being all the way in Philadelphia and having to keep up in school.

Then suddenly, when we thought she was getting better at the nursing facility, Dalyn, her son, came to go see her and on that night she went into cardiac arrest and had to resuscitate her back while in the hospital. We are still unsure why it happened.

In addition to this, she had a seizure while in the hospital and in her current state she is in the ICU and has small to no brain activity and is on a ventilator to even breathe… It is tough for the family for her to be in this state.. Which is why we wish for everyone to help us at this low moment.

And if you didn't know, I am sorry that this is the way you find out. As of now everyone in the family is trying to come see her in her final moments while still here with us.

She is in California as for me, my brother, and my mom’s other sister, Kelly, we are in Philadelphia and my grandma is in Florida . It has just been a hard 6 months for everyone.

We are asking everyone and the community to help me and my family pay for her memorial when that time comes soon.
