JACK LINDBLADE is 21 years old, and he has been diagnosed with STAGE 4 HODGKINS LYMPHOMA SYMPTOM B. JACK is a student at Citrus College and made the Dean's List; as well as started working full time as a security guard when he received the diagnosis. JACK is a young man just starting his journey as an adult, and this diagnosis is causing him to go into debt. JACK needs help with the medical costs and needs support.
