Jack Valentine Memory Fund
Donation protected
In a tragic and very unexpected way we lost a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson and friend. Jack Valentine had grown up his whole life with a pacemaker in his heart. Sadly, on Febuary 1st, Jack Valentine passed away from heart failure at the young age of 25.
Jack was well loved for his sense of humour and fun loving spirit. He was always the life of the campfire. He had an undeniable love for music. He shared his musical talents by serenading anyone and everyone with his voice and guitar. Jack was also always willing to give a helping hand; some might say he was a "jack of all trades". His unique personality will truly be missed by all.
Recently Jack was caring for his father, Scott, who acquired a disability after the sudden death of his wife, Heather, and Jack's mother in 2013.
The financial challenges that are left for Jack's brothers, Dan and Conor, and father Scott, are greater than this family can bear. Therefore, any donation to the family would be greatly appreciated to ensure a proper funeral and basic living costs during their time of healing.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support.
