In Loving Memory of Jack Thornton

It is with heartfelt sadness that we share the sudden passing of Jack Thornton on the 21st of April. His loss has come as a huge shock to his beloved family and all who knew him.

The Thornton family have long been an important part of the Hermitage House Care Home community. Jack’s devoted wife, Lindsay, works as a nurse with us, and Jack himself previously worked alongside us, as have their daughter Molly and more recently, son-in-law Lee.

Jack was a cherished husband, father to three adored daughters, and a proud grandfather. His kindness, warmth, and presence will be deeply missed.
