After 2 years of being an amazing fighter our handsome little man passed away last night. He was able to come home and be around his family bringing lots of havoc and laughs with plenty of unamused side eye.
We will miss our little man more than words can say and we are still deciding on how to remember him.
We know he was loved by many and had his own amazing family in Mott and outside of the hospital.

Instead of flowers, Alanna and Gordon would like warmies purchased, one of Jack's favorite comfort items, to donate back to Mott Children's Hospital in honor and memory of Jack.
