Hi, my name is Jack and I am a 20 year old trans man and I'm fundraising for my own Mastectomy :) 

I’ve been out for over 5 years and have been on hormones for 2 years. I currently have two jobs and am a student at the University of Wisconsin Madison. I am fully financially independent, as I have been for the last 2 years of my life. I basically make enough money to pay for rent, food, and my car payment and such. While insurance covers majority of the costs, there lies a balance of $5,300 that I would have to pay on my own.

While I still have to set a date for the surgery, I figured that I would get a headstart on getting a little bit of help. I do, however, have a consultation for May 13th.
