***ANY ADDITIONAL FUNDS NOT NEEDED FOR THE PROJECT WILL BE DONATED DIRECTLY ACROSS 2 CANCER CHARITIES (1 IN THE UK, 1 IN INDIA***
Jack is going to be the first person in history to run the entire length of India: from the snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas to the southernmost tip of Kanyakumari.
4000km.
50km a day.
80 days.
No days off.
Six years ago, at just 25, Jack was diagnosed with an incurable brain tumour.
A heavy partier, smoker and drinker, Jack was already struggling with depression when he received the news:
“You’ll be lucky to live past the age of 40”
Like many facing illness or loss, Jack couldn’t control the medical outcome. But he realised he could control how he chose to respond.
Six weeks later, Jack left for a year-long journey
through South America and India.
He immersed himself in ancient practices—
Yoga. Meditation. Breathwork.
Nutrition. Movement.
It was India that changed him the most.
There, he learnt not just how to survive in the face of a terminal illness, but to thrive.
Jack knows what it means to suffer—
and what it means to rise.
In recent years, he’s completed a series of extreme endurance challenges
to raise awareness for others facing terminal diagnoses. Raising over £40,000 for Cancer charities.
But they’ve all been training for this.
His boldest challenge yet.
And now he returns to India—
back to where his transformation began.
To turn one man’s fight against terminal illness into a movement of resilience, hope and human potential.
Jack’s mission is about more than running. It’s about challenging what’s possible when we choose courage over fear.
Through this world-first run, Jack aims to:
Inspire others facing adversity to find strength in their struggle.
Shift the narrative around terminal illness—from one of defeat, to one of possibility.
Celebrate India—its landscapes, cultures, and spiritual depth—as the backdrop for one of the most ambitious human endurance feats ever attempted.
Document the journey in a way that resonates globally, through raw, real storytelling.
Leave a legacy that shows pain can be a portal to purpose.
Now, this project isn't going to be cheap. Once costs are covered for the journey, Jack will be donating any remaining funds to 2 cancer charities. 1 in the UK and 1 in India.
