Thank you for visiting. Jack, 16 month old son of Nate and Amy, has been diagnosed with leukemia, specifically B-cell ALL. He is currently inpatient at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis and will follow a well researched protocol that is the standard of treatment all over the world. Active treatment is in several phases for a minimum of 2 years, with follow up for 10 years and beyond. We believe he, and his parents, have an army of family, friends, medical professionals, support staff on Team Jack!
Although it is still early in our fight, we have already received so much support with gift cards and such. We wanted to set this up to help aid with cost of treatment and as well bring awareness to the amazing team helping us in this journey.
Any donations will be first used for cost of treatment and whatever is left over will be given as a donation to Riley Hospital in Indianapolis.
