Jack reach his dreams of travelling overseas to Disneyland!

Jack is a 28 year old man, with a wicked sense of humour, a love for musicals, movies and spending time with his family and friends. Jack is a passionate advocate for those who have a disability, and works as a project worker within the disability sector. Jack has cerebral palsy, quadriplegia and is a wheelchair user.

Due to Jack’s diagnosis and medical intervention needs he is unable to fly straight to LA and requires a stop over. Jack does not have the funding to cover this trip, but it has been a forever dream of his to go over to LA and visit Disneyland.

Jack and I will be taking on the city 2 surf this year in effort to raise money for Jack to fund his trip. Please make a donation of any nominal sum that you choose in order to help make Jack’s dream come true, anything donated is greatly appreciated. Jack has also chosen to donate 25% of the funds towards a charity that helps make wheelchairs for children in rugged areas of developing countries around the world.
