It’s finally happened I need spinal surgery. First week of April I will be having surgery. If you know me I’ve had back issues for years now. Dropping 100lbs helped for a bit but then I tripped in September and now a disk is putting pressure on my nerves and I’m slowly losing feeling in my left leg. Plus all the back pain. Physical therapy has slowed the progression and at times I can even fully feel my leg but it’s still getting worse; thus the surgery. I’ll be out of work for 4 to 8 weeks. I was aiming for 1 week, cause these bills aren’t going to pay themselves, but everyone in my life has told me that’s ridiculous and I’d hurt myself further. Therefore I’m aiming for 6 weeks. Either way this is going to be rough. Missy is starting a new job, yay!!!, so there is going to be that transitioning period, as there always is when changing jobs.

I’m not one for asking for help. It feels weird but here I am. I’ll take anything, money, prayers, well wishes, advice, lit candles, Wiccan rituals and spells, TikTok remedies for recovery, basically anything anyone thinks may help.

This would be going to medical bills and monthly bills that we will still accruing while I’m recovering.

Yes, I have already canceled my monthly subscriptions earlier in the year. Those were the first to go in order to pay for images, steroid injections and other medical expenses
