Jack Lydon is from Washington in the North East of England. At 15 years of age he has recently qualified to go to the 2024 Teenage CrossFit Games!!
He has secured his spot at the games finishing in the top 30 boys in the WORLD for his age group. Thousands of young athletes entered for the chance to qualify for finals in America. Jack completed eleven gruelling workouts across 3 stages of competition and has qualified in the top 1% of the world- being only one of two male competitors from the UK to qualify for the Teenage CrossFit Games this year.
This is a chance of a lifetime for Jack to compete against the best athletes in the world. For several years it has been Jack’s goal to compete at the most prestigious competition in the Sport of CrossFit and establish himself as one of the elite athletes for his age.
Jack started his CrossFit journey from a young age at his Dad’s affiliate - CrossFit Tailored Training. He has grown up amongst the gym’s community, progressing as a young athlete, as well as maturing into a young man who is well thought of within the box.
The Teenage CrossFit Games finals takes place in Kalamazoo and Three Rivers, USA between August 30th to September 1st 2024. Jack has dedicated countless hours of hard work to qualify. Our target is to raise enough money to send Jack to America to achieve his dream.
