Jack was recently diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma. He is 21 years old and a student at Citrus College in his last semester. Jack enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding and hanging out with friends. He is kind and incredibly thoughtful and always makes others feel welcome. This diagnosis has really come as a shock but through it all Jack has been optimistic and determined to fight.
