Jack Henry Gressett was a beautiful 6 month old healthy baby boy. He was dropped off at daycare on Monday, April 17th. Less than 2 hours later, he was found unresponsive, not breathing with no pulse. He was rushed to UMMC where his heartbeat was restored, but, unfortunately, he had been without oxygen for an estimated 40 minutes. Despite the best medical care possible, he sustained an irreversible brain injury. He was removed from life support Wednesday April 19th. The medical costs and funeral expenses are significant.
