The Jack de Keyzer Band are excited to be competing in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN this January 22-26, 2019. We are representing the blues for Canada and the Toronto Blues Society and are competing with the idea to win, of course, as well as to showcase our original blues music to promoters, radio programmers, record companies and most importantly, blues fans from across the USA, Canada and Europe. The Jack de Keyzer Band has been established since 1985 and the opportunity to perform in the International Blues Challenge will be a major boost to the entire band. We aim to make our national Canadian fan base proud!
Thanks to your generous support we have raised $4000 and have booked flights and a house to live in, (6 band + road manager) for 6 days and still are looking to raise enough ($2000) to cover a van rental and meal expenses while we are in Memphis IBC.
